SolePro - Geuine Leather Orthotic Insole

Four layers, each doing a different job.

The top is perforated genuine leather. It breathes, it resists odor the way synthetic linings don't, and it softens to the shape of your foot over the first week instead of flattening out like foam.

Beneath it sits a rigid arch shell — the piece that actually holds a 3cm contour under your midfoot and keeps holding it. This is the difference between an orthotic and a cushioned insert. A soft insole compresses under your weight and gives you nothing where you need it most; a structured one supports the arch through every step of a long day.

A gel pad sits in the deep heel cup, absorbing impact where your heel strikes hardest, with a second shock-absorbing zone under the forefoot. A perforated damping layer runs the full length between them.

At the forefoot it's just 2mm thick, so your toes keep the room they had. The support is concentrated where your arch is, not spread across your whole shoe.

Sizing: choose the size closest to yours. Each size covers a pair of shoe sizes, so if the fit isn't exact, trim the toe end along the outline of your old insole — the arch and heel structure sit well behind the trim line and aren't affected.

  • Contoured arch support

A built-up arch that meets the middle of your foot instead of leaving a gap under it.

  • Deep heel cup

The heel sits down inside the insole, which keeps it centered and cushioned through every step.

  • Two-layer construction

A cushioned top layer over a firmer base that holds its shape instead of packing flat.

  • Pressure, spread out

Every step loads your foot from heel to forefoot. These insoles are shaped to distribute that pressure across the whole footbed instead of concentrating it in the spots that take the worst of it.

FAQ's

Will these fit my shoes?

They come in size ranges and trim down from there. Pick the range your shoe size falls into, then cut along the printed guide at the toe to match the insole that came out of your shoe. They work in most closed shoes with a removable insole — trainers, work boots, walking shoes. Very shallow shoes like dress flats or racing flats won't have the depth for them.

How long until they feel normal?

Most people need a few days. A contoured arch feels like a bump underfoot at first if you've spent years on flat foam — that's the shape doing its job, and your foot adjusts to it. Wear them a few hours a day for the first three or four days rather than putting them straight into a full shift or a long walk.

Can I move them between shoes?

Yes, as long as both pairs have a removable insole and similar depth. They lift out and drop in. If you're swapping daily between shoes that fit differently, a second pair saves the hassle.

Are these a medical device?

No. These are over-the-counter support insoles designed for cushioning and arch support during everyday wear and activity. They aren't custom orthotics, and they aren't intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. If you have persistent heel or arch pain, a diagnosed foot condition, diabetes, or you're recovering from an injury, talk to your doctor or a podiatrist before using them.
