Standard is the lowest profile at 15cm and suits everyday wear, light activity, and anyone who wants support under fitted clothing. Dual Spring steps up to 21cm of coverage with one flexible stabilizer per side — the right pick for most cyclists, hikers, and runners. Quad Spring is the same 21cm height with two stabilizers per side, our maximum side-to-side support, for long technical descents or heavy pack days. If you're deciding between two, take the higher one; the extra support is unnoticeable when you're not asking for it.

Will it fit me?

It's one adjustable size. The wrap runs 55cm (21.65") and secures with hook-and-loop straps, so instead of matching a measurement to a chart, you set the tension yourself. It fits either knee. If it doesn't work for you, our 30-day return policy applies.

Can I wear it under clothing?

Standard is the most discreet at 15cm and disappears under hiking pants or loose trousers. Dual and Quad Spring are 21cm tall with stabilizers along each side, so they're more noticeable under slim-fit clothing. Choose Standard if wearing it invisibly matters most to you.
